Founded in 1987, the International Fine Print Dealers Association ( is a nonprofit organization of expert dealers, galleries, and publishers who champion the work of artists in the medium of fine art printmaking, from the 15th century to the present day. The annual IFPDA Print Fair is the largest and most celebrated art fair dedicated exclusively to this medium.

We were fortunate to attend this year’s fair in New York City (at the River Pavilion, Javits Center, October 26–29), where we enjoyed an unrivaled opportunity to view outstanding prints from several continents and across a diverse range of specialties, by modern, contemporary, and emerging artists, as well as by old masters. Below are photo highlights from our visit, including works represented by the following galleries and publishers.
